Outdoor: Finished third in the 400m (50.58) at the USA Championships to automatically qualify for the IAAF World Championships in August ... Defended NCAA 400m title with a time of 50.28, a personal best, a school record and at the time, was the fourth-best collegiate time ever and fifth best in the world this year ... The time also makes her the number four in-season performer in college history ... Earned All-America honors in the 4x400m relay as they finished fifth and broke the school record with a time of 3:29.28 ... Semifinalist for the Bowerman Award ... Was named Illinois' Dike Eddleman Female Athlete of the Year ... Three-time Big Ten Champion, defending her 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay title ... Named Big Ten Track Athlete of the Year and of the Championships ... USTFCCCA Midwest Region Track Athlete of the Year ... Was part of the sprint medley relay, 4x4 and 4x1 relay squads that won Drake Relay titles and helped the Illini capture the first annual Hy-Vee Cup ... Also competed in the 400m hurdles during the season, setting a lifetime best time of 56.32 at the Sun Angel Classic which still stands as the seventh-fastest time among collegians in 2013 ... The 400m H time is the fifth fastest in the Illinois record books and was the first time an Illini hurdler had cracked the top-five in the event since the 2006 season ... Indoor: Earned third All-America honors by finishing third in the 400m at the NCAA Championships ... Reset the indoor 400m school record at the national meet with a time of 51.27 ... Was part of the Big Ten indoor championship team which won the title for the first time since 1996 season ... Undefeated at the Big Ten Championships ... Outdoor:Won two gold medals at the IAAF World Junior Championships, placing first in the 400m (50.50) and anchored the 4x400m relay team (3:30.01) ... Semifinalist for the Bowerman Award ... On her 19th birthday, won the first ever 400m NCAA title in school history, setting the fastest time in the country and a school record of 50.95 ... First freshman to win the 400m national title since Sanya Richards (Texas) accomplished the feat in 2003 ... Was named Illinois' Female Top Newcomer of the Year ... Three-time Big Ten Champion, winning the 200m (22.99), 400m (51.02) and was the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay team (3:31.77) ... Named Big Ten Track Athlete of the Championships and Freshman of the Year ... Holds the Illinois school record in the 400m (50.95) and the 4x400m relay (3:30.97).

Indoor:Earned her first All-American status after placing sixth in the 200m at the NCAA Championships ... Three-time Big Ten Champion, winning the 200m (23.24), 400m (53.49) and was the final leg of the winning 4x400m relay team (3:34.89) ... Earned first-team All-Big Ten honors ... Holds the Illinois school record in the 200m (23.24) set at the Big Ten Championships and the 400m, recorded at the Tyson Invitational (53.45) ... Collected six first-place finishes.
