AT ILLINOIS:
2004:
Captain and strong runner for the Illini all season long. Ran for Illinois at the Bradley University Invitational with a time of 21:04.10 finishing 2nd. Set a personal best of 17:25.72 in the 5K at the Saluki Invitational. Posted a time of 21:13 in the 6K at the Big Ten Championship, setting a record for the fifth fastest time in UI history, and the second fastest by an Illini senior. Ran in the NCAA Championship, posting a time of 21:20, the fastest time for the Illini in that competition.
2003:
Ran 22:34 to finish as the team's fifth scorer at the NCAA Regionals ... Was 10th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge, finishing the 5K course in 18:58.83 ... Finished 13th at the 6K Spartan Open with a season-best time of 22:06.3 ... Was the team's second scorer at the Cowboy Jamboree, running the 6K course in 22:09 ... Placed sixth, with a season-best time of 18:03, at the 5K Pack-It-Up Challenge to help lead the team to a first place finish ... Ran 23:10.3 on the 6K course at the Big Ten Championships.
2002:
Ran in five meets for the Fighting Illini. . . Scored in four out of the five meets . . . Team's top finisher at the Notre Dame Invitational . . . . Ran personal best and placed 1st for the Illini at the Pre-NCAA Invitational.. . Led the team to a 9th place finish at the Big Ten Championship
2001:
Made an immediate impact as a freshman, leading Illinois in two races, including a 13th-place overall finish at the 6,000m Chile Pepper Invitational on Oct. 13th ... Finished with a career-best time of 22:01 in the race ... Finished second on the team and 13th overall at the Illinois Invitational with a season-best 5,000m time of 17:59 ... Earned a top-30 finish at her first Big Ten Championship.
High School:
Four-time qualifier for the Illinois State Cross Country Championships ... Competed in the Foot Locker Regional Meet ... Competed in the 800m and up for her high school ... Competed in both the 1600m and 3200m at the state track and field meet as a senior, finishing fourth in the 3200m.
