    AT ILLINOIS

    2008 Cross Country - Junior: Made season debut at the Pre-Nationals meet, finishing second for Illinois and 13th overall with a 6K time of 20:47...Earned first-team All-Big Ten honors when she placed second for Illinois and seventh overall at the Big Ten Championships...Took second place overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with a 6K time of 20:39...Garnered All-America honors for the third season in a row at the NCAA Championships placing sixth overall with a personal best 6K time of 19:59.

    2008 Outdoor Track and Field - Sophomore: Competed in the 5,000m at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Eugene, Ore., running a personal-best and Illinois school-record time of 15:45.78 in prelims to become one of just two collegiate athletes to qualify for the event final ... Finished 13th in the 5,000m final at the U.S. Olympic Trials (16:03.99) ... NCAA Outdoor Championships runner-up in the 5,000m to earn All-America honors for the fourth time in her career (15:46.08) ... NCAA Mideast Regional champion in the 5,000m ... Runner-up in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Championships, also scoring team points in the 1,500m by taking fifth. Indoor:Earned All-America honors by running the 1,600m leg of the Illini distance medley relay that took sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships (11:12.33) ... Also ran on distance medley relay that set school record at the Alex Wilson Invitational (11:09.09) ... Took fifth in both the mile (4:47.76) and 3,000m (9:23.02) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.

    2007 Cross Country - Sophomore: Earned All-America honors for the second-straight season after placing 14th at the NCAA Championships with a 6K time of 20:35 to lead the Illini to a sixth place team finish...Garnered the Dike Eddleman Award as Illinois' female Athlete of the Year ... Finished runner-up at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, earning All-Region honors with a 6K time of 20:03 that carried the Illini to a second place team finish ... Named to the All-Big Ten First Team after placing third at the conference championships with a 6K personal-best time of 19:59 that broke the school record ...     2006 - Freshman: Garnered All-America honors after placing 24th at the NCAA Championships, the fourth freshman to cross the finish line with a time of 21:18 ... Earned Illinois Female Newcomer of the Year award for all sports ... Named Big Ten Runner of the Week (Sept. 25) after placing first in her collegiate debut at the Brissman-Lundeen Invite with a time of 20:54 ... Earned All-Midwest Region accolades ... Shattered the 5K freshman record at the Notre Dame Invite by 22 seconds, finishing in 16:56 ... Clocked a 6K personal-best time of 20:26 at Pre-Nationals and crushed the 6K freshman record by almost 25 seconds ... Was the second true freshman to cross the finish line at Big Tens with a time of 20:49 ... Led the Fighting Illini to its first NCAA Midwest Regional title with a second-place finish and a time of 20:47 ... Placed first for the Illini in each race ran.
