If you're looking for a favorite to win one of the many Reality shows on television look no further than Illini Volleyball. With the Fall TV season gearing up we asked the players which of their teammates would win different reality TV shows.
"That's really tough. I guess I'd pick Ashley. She would just do anything in her power to win." --Laura DeBruler
"Ashley Edinger, because she would take anyone out at all costs. She'll be super competitive in any type of game. She gets after it all the time." --Lizzie Bazzetta
"I think I would. I'm just a very versatile person. I'm just not afraid of a lot. I'd do whatever it took to win." --Ashley Edinger
"Ashley, because she'll do whatever it takes to win. To places normal people wouldn't go she goes to the extremes to win. I don't think she would ever even think twice about it. She's very strategic. She'd be making alliances and manipulating people, stabbing them in the back, whatever it takes." --Kristine Anderson
"Ashley, because she would outsmart everyone and then during the physical competitions she would definitely win every single one of those." --Nicole Kump
"Hillary, because she's a business major. I can also see her competitiveness coming out and she'd be very successful in the business world." --Kristine Anderson
"Hillary. She can be manipulative sometimes. Which could be a good or bad thing, but I think she'd do a good job and be successful." --Ashley Edinger
"Hillary. She could definitely come up with some good tactics and she's a business major here so she could utilize that type of information and instill a competitive edge. She's a great public speaker and is very intelligent." --Lizzie Bazzetta
"I would say Hillary for that actually. She's wanting to go down the business route so I think she'd be good at that." --Laura DeBruler
"I probably say either Lizzie or I. I guess it kind of goes with our position (setters) and spreading the court." --Hillary Haen
"Nicole Kump. She loves singing although sometimes she's not the best singer, but she loves to sing anyway." --Laura DeBruler
"For their singing skills or for their love of singing? Laura DeBruler would love to win American Idol. She sings everything. She's probably got the best voice on our team, but that's not saying a lot. Our team can't really sing. Laura loves that show though. I'd go with her." --Lizzie Bazzetta
"Laura. She can hit those notes. No matter how high, she can hit them well. She would win and I would call in and vote for her. 1-877-IDOLS-LAURA." --Ashley Edinger
"Laura. She thinks that she could be on American Idol. I think she has the charisma to do it, hands down." --Kristine Anderson
"Laura. She's a great singer. She could actually win the whole competition. I would liken her style to an Alicia Keys." --Nicole Kump
"I know who wouldn't win, but probably Ashley. She makes some pretty mean Fruity Pebble Rice Krispie treats which are my favorite." --Kristine Anderson
"Kristine. She's a little chef. She loves to cook, she's very creative, and she's good. She's always asking me to come over and always wants to cook food." --Ashley Edinger
"Kristine. She's always cooking. She's my roommate and that's one of her favorite shows. She watches it all the time. She loves trying new things and getting new recipes." --Lizzie Bazzetta
"Kristine. She's a really good cook. Her meals are super good. She has a lot of good recipes." --Laura DeBruler
"Nicole Kump. She definitely likes to cook. She talks about how she cooks sometimes so I can see her doing that." --Hillary Haen
"Kayani, for sure. She a really good dancer." --Laura DeBruler
"Nicole Kump thinks she can dance, but Kayani Turner would win." --Lizzie Bazzetta
"Well, So You Think You Can Dance sometimes has duos so I'm going to pick Kayani and Laura, together. Well, actually I'm going to do three people for the song. Nicole, even though Nicole is not one of the best dancers, bless her heart, I love her to death, Laura and Kayani and they're going to be dancing to Soulja Boy. Kayani's got the most style, she'll be the lead." --Ashley Edinger
"Legitimately it would be Kayani, but showmanship would have to go to Laura. Laura makes dancing her own. I can see her dancing to 'Forever' by Chris Brown." --Kristine Anderson
"Kayani. She's always giving those of us who want to learn how to dance some extra pointers." --Nicole Kump
"Lizzie Bazzetta. She's very well rounded and has a lot of different things going for her. If it comes down to it and someone has to do it, she'll do it. She's really the backbone of the team so I think that would show." --Kristine Anderson
"Well, that involves cutting corners so I'd have to say me. Anything it takes to win." --Ashley Edinger
"I want to win that. No, I'll say Johannah Bangert. When we went overseas (Europe this past summer) she was able to figure out her way and wasn't afraid to try a new language and see what happens so I think she'd be able to make it work in any country." --Lizzie Bazzetta
"Lizzie, because I think she would be able to adapt to different situations in terms of traveling and stuff like that and she's definitely a leader so she'd do well with that type of thing." --Laura DeBruler
"Either Ashley or Catherine Culligan. Catherine is pretty tough. I think she could gut it out and make it through." --Hillary Haen
