    1999: Saw action in two matches as a junior, against George Mason and also during Florida in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, recording a total of two assists ? Will challenge for the starting setter spot in 2000.

    1998: Saw action in three matches (four games) as the Illini's back-up setter ? Collected three assists against Kansas State at Arkansas Invitational.

    1997: Spent the year as the Fighting Illini's backup setter ? Played in three matches, versus Liberty, Xavier and Iowa ? Played in all three games at Iowa, Oct. 25 and recorded 10 assists ? Hit .400 on year, posting a kill in each of her three matches ? Earned her first Varsity "I" letter award.

    High School: Was a three-year letterwinner in volleyball ? Named first-team all-state by the Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette and the Chicago Tribune in 1996 ? Named all-conference in 1995 and 1996 by the News-Gazette ? News-Gazette All-Area Player of the Year in 1996 ? Named Rantoul MVP in '96.

    Personal: Parents are Paul and Janet Wilson ? Was active in the Spanish Club, Student Council and HelpPeer at Rantoul High School ? Secretary of the National Honor Society for three years ? Steve Mertek inspired her to play volleyball and Mike Deterding greatly influenced her volleyball career ? Favorite activities include playing sand volleyball and shopping ? Majoring in communications ? Hopes to go to graduate school or law school.
