Started all 29 matches at middle blocker Led the Illini in total blocks with 107 Ranked 11th in the Big Ten in conference matches only with 1.13 blocks per game Tallied a career-high 12 blocks vs. Indiana (Nov. 30), which ranks fourth in school history for blocks in a match Hit .271 on the season while hitting .291 in league play Registered a career-high 16 kills on .583 hitting in win over Wisconsin (Sept. 28) Reached double figures in kills eight times Hit a career-high .682 with 15 kills and no errors in 22 attempts vs. Purdue (Nov. 6) Averaged 1.83 kills per game Third on the team with 23 service aces Academic All-Big Ten Earned third Varsity "I" award.

Named First-Team All-American by Volleyball Magazine Played on four state championship teams at Assumption First-Team all-state and MVP of state tournament in 1999 and 1996 Kentucky High School Player of the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year in 1999 All-Tournament Team at Nike Challenge in 1999 Played on four AAU championship teams, earning AAU All-American honors all four years Had 21 kills and 28 blocks in a match where her team defeated the European National Team.
Personal
Parents are Charles and Theresa O'Bryan Majoring in biology with plans to pursue a doctoral degree in pharmacy Played at Assumption under Head Coach Ron Kordes, the father of Illinois Assistant Coach Anne Kordes National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society member Lists her biggest thrill in sports as being on the Assumption High School National Championship team in 1996.
