    AT ILLINOIS...

    2000:
    Played in all 31 matches and all 123 games as a junior • Evolved into the team’s best server leading the Illini with 49 aces, the fourth-highest single-season total in school history • Her average of 0.40 services aces per game ranked third in the Big Ten • Set a career high of five aces against both Central Connecticut and Loyola • Ranked third on the team in digs with 230 (1.87 per game) • Tallied a career-high 16 digs in win over Northwestern on Oct. 20 • Recorded double-figures in digs 10 times on the season • Earned her third Varsity “I” Award.

    1999:
    Found her niche by mid-season, regularly rotating into the Illini lineup to strengthen passing and back row defense • Saw action in 14 matches, including the last 10 of the season • Recorded a season-high 11 digs against Penn State on Nov. 6 • Tallied seven digs and added a career-high two kills in a road victory over Indiana • Registered 14 digs over two matches in the NCAA Tournament • Averaged 1.58 digs per game on the season • Earned her second Varsity “I” Award.

    1998:
    Saw action in nine matches and 14 games as a defensive specialist as a freshman • Collected one dig at Minnesota • Competed in all three postseason matches, playing in one game against Southwest Texas State and Long Beach State and in all three games of the Colorado match • Earned first Varsity “I” Award.

    HIGH SCHOOL...
    A three-year letterwinner for Wheaton North • Played right-side hitter in high school • Chicago Sun-Times Honorable Mention All-State in 1997 • Named to the All-DuPage Valley Conference Special Mention team • Was a member of the DuPage Valley Volleyball Academic All-Conference Team, 1995-97 • Helped Wheaton North reach the IHSA Sweet 16 in 1997.

    PERSONAL...
    Parents are Eugene and Elizabeth Lindner • Majoring in health education • Was active in the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society • Member of the yearbook staff and choir • Was on Wheaton North's Academic Honor Roll all four years • Enjoys swimming, playing softball, running, reading and singing • Has worked at an animal shelter over past summers.
