• In the regular rotation as a right-side hitter. • Pounded down double-digit kills in 14 matches this season. • Recorded a career night when she blasted 20 kills while hitting .457 against No. 2 Penn State. •Followed up the performance with 15 against Ohio State the very next day. • From Aug. 31-Oct. 27, posted double digits in kills in 13 of 17 matches. • With 274 kills on the season set her career high 248 total kills that she pounded down in 2006. • Named Academic All-Big Ten

Set a career-high 18 kills against Wichita State
• Named to the all-tournament team at the UNC?Volleyball Classic, hitting a career-high .632 against UNC, including 13 kills.
• Hit double-figures in kills eight times this season, including hitting 15 or more four times
• Hit .360 with 15 kills vs. Indiana on Oct. 21
At Northwestern
Appeared in 36 matches in two seasons, posting 81 kills, 40 blocks, 18 digs,and 11 aces as a freshman, and 17 kills as a sophomore.

Two-time All-North Suburban Conference performer • Named all-area and all-academic two consecutive years as well • Named Libertyville team MVP in 2001 • Ranked No. 75 on prepvolleyball.com's "Senior Aces" list. • High School coach was Chris Trzyna • Played for Sky High Club for two years and the Milwaukee Sting for three season • Sting place second at the 2001 Open Championships.

Born March 13, 1986 • Daughter of Carl and Lindsay Alde • Father, Carl, graduated from Illinois with a degree in engineering • Plans to major in economics/Spanish • Ice skated for eight years • Enjoys playing the piano and art/design.
