AT ILLINOIS...
1999-00: Swam the 10th fastest 1650 free in Illinois history at the Big Ten Championships (17:16.41) * Also swam the seventh-fastest 200 free (1:52.54) and the tenth-fastest 500 free (4:58.28).
1998-99: Placed 14th in the 500 free (4:58.82) and 19th in the 200 free (1:53.29) at the Big Ten Championships * Posted a second-place finish in the 800 free relay (7:37.13) at the Northwestern Relays EUR Was second in the 200 free (1:57.21) and in the 400 medley relay (4:01.65) against Southern Illinois * Placed second in the 200 free (1:56.18) vs. Oakland.
1997-98: Registered team top 10 times in the 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 1650 free * Finished 23rd in the 1,650 free, 25th in the 500 free and 33rd in the 200 free at the Big Ten Championships * Placed eighth in the 1650 free at the Miami (Ohio) RedHawks Invitational.
High School: Earned four letters in swimming * All-conference and all-sectional pick both junior and senior seasons and all-state pick senior season in the 500 free * A junior national qualifier in the 200 free, 400 and 800 free and 400 medley relays.
