1999-00: Honored for having the highest GPA among female athletes in the junior class (3.89 Accountancy), which she also won as a sophomore * Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and the George Huff Award * Was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma athlete honor society * swam the fourth fastest 50 free on the Illinois squad.
1998-99: Won the school1s Scholar-Athlete Award for highest grade point average among female athletes in her class * Sixth at Illinois in the 50 free * Had top 10 season marks in the 50 free (23.97) and 100 free (52.67) *Help set school1s 200 free relay record (1:34.16) at Big Tens * Won the 50 free (25.04) and took third in the 100 free (54.16) vs. Southern Illinois * Was third in the 100 free (54.97) vs. Oakland and in the 50 free (24.79) against Iowa * Placed second in the 100 free (53.94), third in the 50 free (24.94) and fifth in the 100 fly (1:00.30) at the Illini Classic * Took sixth in the 50 free (24.37) at the Big Ten Quad.
