2000-01 - Owned team top five times in the 50 free (24.22) and 100 free (52.78) ... Was sixth in the 100 free against Indiana ... Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and received the George Huff Academic Award.

1999-00 - Swam the fifth fastest 50 and 100 free on the Illinois squad ... Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors ... Swam on the 200 free relay squad at the Big Ten Championships.

1998-99 - Had a season top 10 best for Illinois in the 100 back (4th/58.55) and 200 back (4th/2:09.50) ... Took third in the 50 back (29.22) vs. Illinois State ... Finished 35th in the 50 free (25.76), 28th in the 100 back (1:02.43), 67th in the 200 free (2:04.15) and 34th in the 100 free (55.78) at the Rainbow Invitational ... Was fifth in the 100 back (1:01.32) and in the 200 back (2:11.41) at the Illini Classic (1:01.32) and in the 200 back (2:11.41) at the Illini Classic.

High School - Earned letters in swimming and competed in the Michigan state meet all four years ... Named all-state her senior season ... Team MVP her junior and senior seasons ... Competed at the YMCA Nationals four times.

Personal - Parents are Craig and Susan Braun ... Majoring in elementary education ... Brother, Matt, swam at Ohio State and father swam at Central Michigan ... Grandfather, George Hoogerhyde, swam at Michigan State and was an alternate at the 1948 Olympic Games.
