    State Farm Illinois Collegiate Softball Championship Bracket Get Acrobat Reader

    BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -The Illinois softball team continued fall action, splitting decisions at the 2008 State Farm Illinois Collegiate Softball Championship. The Illini fell to Western Illinois, 3-2, in the opener before topping the Southern Illinois Salukis, 10-6, to cap off the day.

    Illinois concludes tournament action on Sunday as part of the gold bracket. The Illini will face DePaul at 12:30 p.m., then wrap up the day against either Northwestern or Illinois-Chicago at 3 p.m.
