2008 Highlights
• Second on the team in wins (8), appearances (35), innings pitched (93.2) and strikeouts (47)
• Had best outing against Southern Illinois, tossing just 87 pitches while striking out three and allowing just four hits to pick up the 4-0 win, her second shutout of the year
• Pitched a three hit gem against in-state rival ISU on April 17th
• Won four starts in a row from Feb. 23-March 8
2007 Highlights
• Picked up two pitching victories in her first day of collegiate softball, which included 4 1/3 innings of shutout ball in relief vs. No. 20 Louisville.
• Allowed just four base runners and no earned runs in six innings in a 12-1 victory over Bethune Cookman
• Had a perfect game through four innings vs. Idaho State at the Capital Classic and finished with a five-inning complete game shutout
• Did not give up a run in two games in posting two victories at the Capital Classic
• Went 3-1 with a 2.62 ERA, two complete games and one shutout in the Diamond Devil Invitational
• Pitched 10 2/3 innings and picked up both pitching victories in a doubleheader sweep of Penn State on April 22, giving up just eight hits and two earned runs
High School
Called one of the top-five pitchers in the country by several high-level coaches • Has been clocked at 64 MPH • First-team All-State performer in 2005 and 2006 • All-League All-Empire MVP in 2004, 2005, & 2006 • Earned the North Bay League Most Valuable Player of the Year award • Led the conference in batting average (.509) and slugging percentage (.698) • Totaled 248 strikeouts while posting a 0.55 earned-run average in 151 innings pitched • Helped Ursuline (coached by Mark and Mary Cooper) to three North Bay League championships, to first in the NCS Finals in 2006 and to second place in the NCS Finals in 2005 • Played for the Strike Zone Gold (coached by Don Ford) • Also played volleyball and water polo.
