2013 - Freshman:Appeared in 44 games as a freshman, making 39 starts ... Started 38 of the final 39 games at first base ... Finished second on the team with a .308 batting average, leading the Illini with a .514 slugging percentage and a .431 on base percentage ... Registered the highest slugging percentage and on-base percentage of any first-year letterwinner in Illinois history, ranking seventh among rookies in batting average ...Tied for the team lead with seven doubles and five home runs, adding 19 RBI, 16 walks, 11 runs and three sacrifice bunts in 107 at-bats ...Walked against Drake in her first career start ... Had a breakout weekend in Palm Springs, going 5-for-9 with a double, a walk, and an HBP against top competition ... Continued to excel the following weekend in Florida, hitting .400 with six extra-base hits for an .800 slugging percentage. Had a double in each of the first three games, then finished off the Providence game with a two-run homer, tabbing three RBI in the game ... Had a hit in all three games of the Fighting Illini Invitational, coming through in the clutch with a two-out, two-run double in the bottom of the seventh against Loyola to send the game into extras. She then hit her second home run in three games later in the evening against Western Michigan ... Hit a solo home run against Indiana State ... After striking out three times in the first game at Northwestern, she reached base in all three plate appearances against the same pitcher in the finale ... Earned Illinois' lone RBI against Eastern Illinois ... 2-for-3 in game two of the Minnesota series, then tabbed an RBI in the finale ... Went 2-for-3 with the game-winning home run in the second game against Indiana, leading the Illini to their first 1-0 victory of the season ... Drew three walks, including two in the eight-run second inning, in game one against Iowa ... Went 2-for-4 with a double, a run and two RBI in game two against Michigan State, then hit the Illini's first grand slam of the year in the series finale ... 3-for-3 with a double in game two vs. Ohio State.
High School: Earned second-team all-league and received the MUN Outstanding Award while playing for Tustin ... Hit .421 with a pair of homers as the lead-off hitter for Tustin High School in 2011 ... Plays travel ball for the California Cruisers and coach Lyn Christensen, batting .375 while the Cruisers earned a third place finish in the nation and second place finish within the state of California.
