    2002 Highlights:
    • Nursed shoulder injury most of the season • Appeared in 10 games with a 4-4 record and a 1.75 ERA • Struck out season-best seven vs. Centenary on Feb. 9 • Appeared in only one game for one inning after Feb. 24, that came on April 26, tossing a perfect inning vs. Michigan • Averaged five strikeouts per game in her first four starts • Tossed seven innings of shutout ball against Virginia (Feb. 17) before giving up an unearned run in the eighth • Had surgery to fix torn ligaments in her bicep in late May.

    2001 Highlights:
    • Threw a no-hitter in second game of a doubleheader vs. Valparaiso, the first games at Eichelberger Field • Ranked 13th in the Big Ten in ERA (1.44) • Ranked fourth in appearances (46) and fifth in the conference in innings pitched (224.0) • Tied for seventh in the league in wins (21), 10th in strikeouts (139) • Struck out a teamrecord 13 batters in a 3-0 win vs. Virginia Tech to help Illini advance to semifinals of Winthrop Invitational • Threw a complete game 3-0 shutout over No. 12 Iowa • Pitched six innings and earned win for Illini in 1-0 victory over No. 16 Florida State • Struck out all nine batters she faced in an 8-1 Illini win over Morgan State • Became first Illini player to earn Big Ten honors as she was named Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 25 • Named to All-Tournament Team at the Winthrop Invitational • Pitched three complete games and amassed a 4-0 record for the Illini at the Buzz Classic • Had a winning streak of eight consecutive games spanning from March 17-March 31 • Threw a four-hit shutout in 3-0 win over Wisconsin in Big Ten Tournament.
