In addition, "Local.Sustainable.Illinois." enables college soccer players, coaches and supporters to address water, food, health, housing and education needs in the communities across the USA. Throughout the stadium there will be informational tables occupied by on-campus organizations, local non-profits, and local sustainable businesses, all which address the five rights the organization stands for.
The last home game of September takes place on the 23rd at 12 p.m. CT with the Illini taking on the Nittany Lions of Penn State at the annual Illinois Soccer Fest. The event includes free food for the first 1,000 fans, inflatables and a face painting station. Come cheer on your Fighting Illini to victory!
