1999: Missed season with torn ACL.
1998: Started all 18 games she appeared at defender Teamed with Heidi Holtzman and Debbie Liang to form an imposing backfield that trio was greatly responsible for the Illini posting three shutouts in their first four games and allowing just two goals in the first five games one of six freshmen to start for the Illini, including an all-freshmen backfield missed two games (vs. Valparaiso and Purdue) in mid-season with an aggravated quadricep muscle Illini defense allowed just 9.2 shots per game, including an 8.4 shot average in the first 11 games.
Prep Highlights: Chicago Sun-Times first-team all-area selection in 1998 member of state select team in both 1996 and 97 captain Naperville Sun all-area first team Naperville North placed second in the state in 1998 scored nine goals as a senior and played every position but goalkeeper member of defense that posted 16 shutouts coached by Al Harris in high school.
Personal: brother, Nathan, wrestles at Illinois two-time Academic All-Conference selection born on Aug. 24, 1980 daughter of Karen Patrick.
