    AT ILLINOIS

    2013 - Sophomore: Voted the Most Improved Gymnast after a solid sophomore season and even better post-season ... At the Big Ten Championships, she set a new career high of 9.8 on bars, and a new career high of 9.825 on beam in just her second performance on the apparatus in her collegiate career ... Naleway also competed on floor (9.775) at Big Ten's, marking just the second time she performed in three events ... At the NCAA Championships, Naleway tied her careeer high of 9.8 on floor for the third time that season ... Finished with two Top-5 finishes ... Competed in all 14 meets on bars and floor ... Hit all 30 routines.

    2012 - Freshman: Competed at four meets on uneven bars and hit all four routines ... Made Illini debut in the lineup vs. Kentucky, recording a career-high 9.775 and placing fourth ... Was in the bar lineup at the NCAA Champaign Regional.

    High School/Club: Four-time JO Level 10 National Qualifier ... Finished fourth on bars and 14th in the all-around at the 2011 JO National Championships ... Improved in the all-around each year from 2008-10 at the JO National Championships, coming in 37th in 2008, 18th in 2009 and 11th in 2010 ... Finished sixth on bars at the 2010 JO National Championships and eighth in 2009 ... Was the Region V floor champion in 2010 and placed in the top six in the all-around at the past three Region V Championships ... Was the 2009 Illinois state bar champion ... Followed a runner-up finish in the all-around at the 2008 Illinois state meet with back-to-back third-place finishes in 2009 and 2010 ... Member of the honor roll and completed over 100 hours of community service in high school ... Competed for Aerial Gymnastics ... Coached by Don and Patrice McPherson and Jeanne Johnson.

    Personal: Born Dec. 10, 1992 ... Daughter of Lynn and Joel Naleway ... Has two brothers, Patrick and Jack ... Says she chose Illinois because "it is the perfect balance of an excellent education and an outstanding gymnastics program. The university is highly ranked, and I immediately felt like I was part of the Illini family with such welcoming girls and talented coaches." ... Majoring in Elementary Education.
