    Illinois Women's Gymnastics - Pink Meet vs. Iowa

    High School/Club:Competed at the Elite national level for six years... Achieved senior high performance at Elite Canada 2013... 2013 Elite Canada silver medalist on beam, 5th on vault, 6th in the all-around... Finished in the top-7 on vault, beam, floor and in the all-around at Gymnix 2013... Accomplished second on vault and floor at the 2012 France International Tournament finals... Finished first on floor, second on beam and fifth on vault at Provincials 2012... In 2011, became all-around champion at Gymnix, Provincials and Western Canadian Championships while also representing Team Alberta at the Canada Winter Games... Club coaches were Karen Haverstock and Jeremy Mosier.

    Personal: Born on January 12, 1995 ... Daughter of Nick and Sara Lennon ... Has an older sister Rebecca and a younger sister Alexandra ... Born in the United Kingdom ...     What being a Fighting Illini means to you: To always strive to be the best you can be and to be a part of a team that always supports each other.

    First impression when you met the team: The team is like a big family, everyone is so nice and friendly and that's what I wanted to find in a team.

    What do you hope to accomplish in your debut season: I hope to help the team as best as I can and accomplish goals together that we work hard towards.

    What are you looking forward to experiencing outside of gymnastics: I look forward to meeting all the new people and having a positive experience in college.

    What you hope to learn from your coach/teammates this year: I hope to learn a lot from my teammates and be able to look up to them especially the upperclassmen. I hope to learn from my coaches how to be the best Illini gymnast I can be with their help.

    What class you're excited about taking: I am excited to take the champs class because all the student athletes are in that class so I will be able to meet new people.

    What opponent are you most excited to compete against: I am excited to compete against Michigan because I know they are our rivals.

    How you would describe your class (Sr, Jr, etc) of girls:All the girls are super nice and everyone brings something special to the group. They are all really easy to get along with and I think we will be really good friends

    What are you most proud of: I am proud of all the hard work I have put into gymnastics and school and the opportunities that I have achieved from that.

    Name 3 things on your future bucket list:Go to Australia, go to Africa and be neighbors and have kids at the same time as my best friend

    What is your weirdest quirk: I can't sit still for very long I always have to be moving.

    If you could relive one day, what would it be:My graduation day. It was so much fun to dress up and go out with all my friends one last time before we all went onto our respecitve universities.
