CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The postponed Illinois-Northwestern women's basketball game has been rescheduled for Wed., Jan. 15, following Northwestern's men's basketball game. The women's game, which was originally scheduled to be played Monday night, was postponed because of inclement weather throughout the state.

Northwestern's men's basketball team hosts Michigan State at 6 p.m on Jan. 15 and the women's game between the Illini and Wildcats will tip off 30 minutes after the conclusion of the men's game.

The Fighting Illini (7-7 overall, 0-1 B1G) are still scheduled to host No. 15/17 Penn State Thursday, Jan. 9, at 8 p.m. at State Farm Center.
