Notes on Jenna (Through 2008-09 season)
- Took home three awards at the annual Courtsiders postseason banquet - MVP for the second straight season, Most Inspirational and the Ralf Woods Free Throw Excellence Award
- Named to 2009 Big Ten Tournament All-Tournament team for the second straight season
- Had the top scoring average in Big Ten Tournament play (23.5 ppg)
- 2009 First Team All-Big Ten selection by both the coaches and media
- Went over the 1,500 point milestone during the Big Ten Tournament, finishing the season with 1,545 points. She is only the third player in school history to reach 1,500 points by the end of her junior season, joining Ashley Berggren and Allison Curtin.
- Ranked third in the Big Ten in scoring (18.5 ppg) and leads the conference in minutes (38.7 mpg)
- Also ranked second in offensive rebounds (3.07), third in blocks (2.03), fifth in free throw percentage (80.1), sixth in rebounding (8.6) and seventh in FG percentage (.474)
- In conference games, Smith led the Big Ten in offensive rebounds (3.39) and minutes per game (39.44), while ranking third in scoring (17.7), rebounding (9.5) and blocks (2.17)
- Has 32 career double-doubles after three seasons, the second most among active Big Ten players
- Has scored double-figures in 39 straight games, the fifth longest active streak in the nation, and in 67 of the last 68 game dating back to her freshman season
- Broke the 24-year old Illinois career blocks record of 156 in the regular season finale at Minnesota and finished the season with 161 career blocks
- Broke her own single-season blocked shots record of 59 in 2007-08 with 63 swats in 2008-09
- Became the 22nd player in school history to score over 1,000 career points with 29 in the 2008-09 season opener, the first game of her junior season
- Named to the 2009 Naismith Award Watch List

- Earned a spot on the 2008 Big Ten Tournament All-Tournament Team after averaging 17.3 points and 9.3 rebounds and carrying the Illini to the championship game
- Finished 2007-08 ranked second in the Big Ten in scoring (18.3) and rebounding (9.4) and first in minutes (37.29)
- One of only eight players in the nation to average at least 18.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game in 2007-08
- Three-time Big Ten Player of the Week in 2007-08 - the first Illini to earn the honor three times in one season since 1985-86
