2012 Track and Field
Outdoor: Ran the 800m and was part of the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Championships ... Set a career-best 400m time of 49.07 at the Tom Botts Invitational ... Posted his best 800m time of 1:50.53 at the John McDonnell Invitational, finishing fifth ... Ran the third leg of the sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays which finished third (3:21.13) ... Academic All-Big Ten.
Indoor: Participated in the 600m and 800m ... Recorded a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:19.04 at the Big Ten Championships ... Placed first in the 600m at the Orange and Blue Open with a time of 1:22.25 ... Competed in five meets.

Outdoor: Ran in the 400m and 800m ... Ran in the Big Ten Championships prelims ... Finished first in the 800m at Sea Ray Relays (Unseeded) with 1:53.36, giving him a personal-best ... Anchored the 4x400m relay team, helping them with two fifth place finishes and a second place finish at Sea Ray Relays ... Participated in the 4,000m distance medley relay at Drake Relays ...
