2010 Track and Field
Outdoor: Capped off an outstanding sophomore season by winning the 110m hurdles national title at the NCAA Championships ... Clocked a personal-best and school-record time of 13.45 to earn the crown in front of nearly 13,000 fans at a sold-out Hayward Field, giving Illinois its first NCAA champion since 1996 when Marko Koers took home the 1,500m title ... Also competed in the 4x100m relay at the NCAA Championships ... Big Ten Track Athlete of the Year ... Was also named Track Athlete of the Big Ten Championships after taking the top spot in the 100m dash (10.54) and the 110m hurdles (14.18) at the conference meet while also leading off the runner-up 4x100m relay (40.26) ... After false starting in the 110m hurdles at the Pepsi Invitational, he won the 60m hurdles title at every meet, including becoming a Drake champion with his victory at the Drake Relays ... Led off the 4x100m relay that timed the fourth-fastest mark in school history of 39.76 in its third-place finish at the Drake Relays ... Named Big Ten Track Athlete of the Week (April 21) following his victory and then-school record of 13.53 in the 110m hurdles at the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational ... Academic All-Big Ten.

Indoor: Earned All-America honors in the 60m hurdles for the second straight year at the NCAA Indoor Championships after placing fifth in the event final with a time of 7.65 at Arkansas' Randal Tyson Track Center to become Illinois' first-ever multiple All-American in the hurdles ... Broke his own school record in the 60m hurdles during prelims of the NCAA Championships with a personal-best time of 7.61 ... Repeated as the Big Ten indoor 60m hurdles champion with a time of 7.81, was the runner-up in the 60m dash and placed sixth in the long jump with a mark of 23-0 ½ (7.02m) at the Big Ten Championships while scoring 21 of Illinois' 40 points ... Dropped his hurdles time in six consecutive meets, running 8.37 in his first meet with the Illini and eventually nothing an automatic qualifying mark in the event at the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier with a time of 7.65 ... Won the 60m hurdles title at five of six meets while also placing sixth at the Tyson Invitational against some of the nation's best ... Won the long jump at the Carle/Health Alliance Classic with a personal-best leap of 23-3 ¼ (7.09m) ... Took third in his only high jump event of the season at the Illinois Intercollegiate with a mark of 6-8 ¼ (2.04m).

2009 Track & Field
Outdoor: Garnered his second career All-America honors after finishing fifth in the 110m hurdles at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, timing 13.83 ... Posted a season-best time of 13.61 in the 110m hurdles from the Drake Relays, which earned him Big Ten Track Athlete of the Week honors on April 29 ... Placed second in the 110m hurdles at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships to automatically qualify for nationals ... Led off the 4x100m relay that finished second at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships along with placing fourth in the 110m hurdles at the conference meet ... Also competed in the sprints and high jump this season ... Named team Overall Outstanding Newcomer and University of Illinois Male Newcomer of the Year ... Competed in the 110m hurdles at the Jamaica National Championships, advancing to the final and finishing fifth.

Indoor: Earned his first All-America honors after placing sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 7.87 ... First Illini indoor All-American in the hurdles since Elbert Turner in 1990 ... Won the 60m hurdles title at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, with a season-best time of 7.72 ... Named Big Ten Indoor Freshman of the Year ... Dropped his hurdles time in five consecutive meets, running 8.38 in his first meet with the Illini and eventually setting the then-school record in the event (7.72) ... Also competed in the high jump for Illinois ... Didn't arrive on Illinois campus from Jamaica until January.
