CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - No. 6 Illinois will host No. 3 Minnesota Friday at 7 p.m. at Huff Hall in the fourth-annual "Great Escape," the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Wednesday. Then on Sunday, Jan. 22, the team will host Youth Day as they take on conference foe, Michigan State. Fans 8th grade and younger are invited to take part in a youth clinic from 12:30-1:30 at Huff Hall. Kids will learn from the best as they are instructed by select Illinois coaches and wrestlers. In addition, all fans may purchase a $10 package for the event that includes an Illinois wrestling t-shirt, a hot dog and a water.
