2001-2002: Currently has a record of 0-2.
2000-2001: Wrestled at the Missouri Open, Northern Iowa Open and in four dual meets for the Illini, recording a 3-7 record at 174 pounds … Won Big Ten match against Andrew Curran of Northwestern, 3-2, and took two wins at the UNI Open.
1999-2000: Earned his second Varsity “I” award serving as a backup at 174 pounds • Posted a 2-2 record at the St. Louis Open in his only action of the season.
1998-99: Saw action in three different weight classes with 17 matches at 174 pounds and one each at 184 and 197 • Posted a 9-8 record at 174 and 1-0 at both 184 and 197 for an overall record of 11-8 • Earned his first Varsity “I” award.
1997-98: Redshirt season • Competed unattached in 10 matches at 167 pounds and finished with a 4-6 record • Wrestled at the St. Louis Open, Northern Open and Miami Open.
HIGH SCHOOL
Finished second in the state as a senior • Four-year letterwinner in wrestling and two year letterwinner in football • Two-time All-East Suburban Catholic Conference pick • Set the school record for takedowns • Member of the 1997 Junior National Team • Marist High School finished second in the state in 1997 • Starting quarterback for the Marist football team.
