Ran his fastest 400m run at the Dartmouth Relays (1/9/04) with a time of 49.77 placing him fifth ... Placed fourth in the 600m at the Carle/Health Alliance Invitational with his best time of the season of 1:19.18 ... Placed third at the Wisconsin Elite Invitational in the 600m run, with a time of 1:20.15 ... Finished third in the 600 yd. run at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 1:10.60.

Has been involved in a number of relays during the early season, primarily the 4x400 meter relay ... Ran the 400 meters at the Missouri Invite, finishing fifth and a season-best time of 48.67 at the Iowa Twilight.

Won the 800 meters at the Illinois Invitational with a time of 1:56.26 ... Also a member of the 4x400 meter relay at the Illinois Invitational ... Ran a season-best 800 meter time of 1:55.92 at the Carle/Health Alliance Classic ... Career best 600-meter time of 1:21.14 came at the Illini Classic.
