Three Oaks Shootout Tournament: Day 3

Florida (UF) Georgia Tech (GT) Illinois (ILL) North Carolina State (NCS)

The tournament is an individual championship.  The Most Outstanding Player of the Shootout will be the player that scores the most points over the course of Round Robin play over the weekend.

"Overall we saw a couple of things - our doubles schemes were almost completely off - that is 100% the responsibility of the coaching staff," said Illinois head coach Brad Dancer. "We did not have our players prepared to play a high level of doubles for the weekend. In singles, we had a ton of matches that were highly competitive and our guys battled hard through-out. It was fun to feel the intensity of the coming dual matches. We have to focus on specific points with each of our guys so they can make adjustments and sharpen skills to be ready for Toledo and Ball State this weekend."
