    ? Won the NCAA singles championship and earned University of Illinois and Big Ten Male Athlete of the Year honors and ITA Player of the Year distinction
    ? Represented college tennis in the 2003 U.S. Open main draw as a result of his national singles title
    ? Earned All-America and All-Big Ten honors for the third year in a row
    ? Garnered Academic All-Big Ten and George Huff (excellence in academics and athletics) Awards
