Former Illini Greg Lewis, Pierre Thomas and Dave Diehl starred in NFL week 3, helping their teams remain undefeated.

Greg Lewis, WR- Minnesota Vikings: His only catch on Sunday was an acrobatic game-winning touchdown from Brett Favre with two seconds left in the game. The Vikings beat the 49ers 27-24 and are now 3-0. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xm0pgTbexv0

Pierre Thomas, RB- New Orleans Saints: Thomas returned to 2008 form in week three, rushing for 126 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries in the Saints' win against the Buffalo Bills. Thomas's Saints are also 3-0.

Dave Diehl, OL- New York Giants: Started in his 99th consecutive game on Sunday in a win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Giants dominated behind Diehl's offensive line recording 397 yards of total offense, including 226 rushing yards. The Giants join the Vikings and Saints as the only undefeated teams in the NFC.

Danny Clark, LB- New York Giants: Recorded three tackles in a win against Tampa Bay. Clark's defense shut down the Buccaneers, allowing 0 points and only 86 yards of total offense.

Brandon Moore, OL- New York Jets: Started in his 76th straight game in a win against the Titans on Sunday. Moore's Jets are 3-0.

Neil Rackers, K- Arizona Cardinals: Kicked a 38-yard field goal in a 31-10 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Eugene Wilson, DB- Houston Texans: Started, but did not record a tackle in the Texans' 31-24 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Steve Weatherford, P-New York Jets: Punted nine times in the Jets' win on Sunday, with an average of 40 yards per punt. Weatherford ranks third in the league with 18 punts this season.

Alan Ball, DB- Dallas Cowboys: Recorded one tackle in a 21-7 win over the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football.

Vontae Davis, CB- Miami Dolphins: Came off the bench for the third straight week and deflected a pass in a loss to the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.

Will Davis, LB- Arizona Cardinals: Played, but did not record a tackle in a loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

Rashard Mendenhall, RB- Pittsburgh Steelers: Played on Sunday in the Steelers' loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, but did not record a carry.

Duke Preston, C- Dallas Cowboys: Inactive in the Cowboys' win against the Panthers.

Brandon Lloyd, WR- Denver Broncos: Inactive in the Broncos' win against the Oakland Raiders.

Kelvin Hayden, DB- Indianapolis Colts: Not active in the Colts' win against the Arizona Cardinals.

Carey Davis, FB- Pittsburgh Steelers: Signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, after Frank Summers was put on injured reserve.
