The University of Illinois athletic department announced the dates and times for the 2009 edition of the Ron Zook Television Show. The weekly 30-minute program, featuring Illinois' head football coach and hosted by the Voice of the Illini Brian Barnhart, will air both nationally on the Big Ten Network and regionally in Champaign, Decatur, Springfield and St. Louis.

The Ron Zook Show features 12 episodes aired weekly following Illinois football games (will not be aired after bye weeks), with the first show set for September 7-9. Illini fans across the country can catch Zook's weekly analysis on the Big Ten Network on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. All times listed are central.

For the second straight year, WICD-TV will be the local host of the show in the Champaign-Urbana community and will air on Monday nights following the 10 o'clock evening news. At that same time, WICD's sister station WICS will broadcast the show to the Springfield and Decatur markets. Fox Sports Midwest air the show in the St. Louis market on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m.
