    Three More Illini Football Game Times Set

    CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Three more 2012 Fighting Illini Football game times have been set by the Big Ten Conference its television partners. Illinois' Homecoming game on Oct. 27 against Indiana will start at 11 a.m. CDT and will be televised by either ESPN, ESPN2 or the Big Ten Network, while road games at Wisconsin on Oct. 6 and at Michigan on Oct. 13 both are set for 2:30 pm CDT starts on ABC.

    Illinois now has four its 12 game times set for the 2012 season. Game times and television designations for the first three games are expected to be announced within the next few weeks.

    The 2012 Fighting Illini will be led by new head coach Tim Beckman, who came to Illinois after three successful seasons at Toledo. Illinois is coming off bowl victories in back-to-back seasons for the first time in school history after victories in the 2011 Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl and 2010 Texas Bowl against UCLA and Baylor, respectively. The Fighting Illini have seven home games in 2012, starting with the season-opener at Memorial Stadium against Western Michigan on Sept. 1. Season tickets start at just $99 and are on sale now.
