Fighting Illini Student-Athletes Host Benefit Fashion Show & Silent Auction

Student-athletes from the University of Illinois will host a benefit fashion show and silent auction on Tuesday, April 21 at 7 p.m. at Foellinger Auditorium. All proceeds from the event will go to the American Cancer Society in honor of former Illini football player Chris Norwell, who was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2008. The general public is encouraged to attend.
Tickets are available in advance between 8:30am-5pm at the Irwin Academic Services Center, 402 E. Armory Avenue, calling 333-1015 or email email@example.com.
Student-athletes will be modeling the latest fashions in formal, business and casual wear as well as Fighting Illini athletic apparel. Clothes will be modeled from the following stores -- Game Day, Macy's, Men's Wearhouse, New York and Company, Pacific Sunwear, Pitaya and Urban Outfitters.
In addition to the fashion show, there will be a silent auction, which will include the following items:
