Football Family Fun Fest is a great chance for kids to play on the turf at Memorial Stadium.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - University of Illinois head football coach Tim Beckman, his coaching staff, and the Fighting Illini football team will host the annual Football Family Fun Fest on Saturday, April 20, from 10-11:30 a.m. on the field at Memorial Stadium.
Fans will be able to meet the coaching staff and collect autographs, take photos and participate in a variety of fun activities with Illinois players. Football drills and competitions will be available for youngsters age 13 and under in addition to inflatable games like the bounce house, obstacle course, and giant slide.
Football Family Fun Fest is free and open to the public. On-site registration is required for all children that wish to participate in the on-field activities. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will be held just inside Gate 24 on the west side of Memorial Stadium, which will be the only entrance used for stadium entry.
Free parking will be available in the Northwest and Northeast parking lots of Assembly Hall and in the grass lot west of the stadium if weather permits. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the Irwin Indoor Practice Facility. That venue is located to the northeast of Memorial Stadium.
Football Family Fun Fest comes one week after the annual Orange and Blue Spring Game, which will take place under the lights at Memorial Stadium on Friday, April 12, at 8 p.m. CT. Tickets for the 2013 Illinois football season are on sale now, including a limited number of $99 Family Rate season tickets, one of the best deals in college football at less than $15 per game.
