Download by clicking on the cursor(s) of your choice. When prompted, have the cursor files saved to a new folder you make called "Illini." The location will be: C:\Windows\Cursors\Illini.
Then go to the control panel, click on "Mouse," then choose the "Pointers" tab. Click on "Normal Select," then on "Browse." You'll then be able to choose your cursor from the location in the Illini folder you created. When you have selected the cursor you want, it should appear next to "Normal Select." Then click on "Save As" and choose a name for that scheme. You will notice that all of the other cursors in the family will stay as they were...only the "main" cursor will show the Illini logo. Hit "OK" and your new cursor should show up immediately. Enjoy.
