Illinois guard Kendrick Nunn was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week on Monday for the second week in a row. Nunn helped the Fighting Illini to a pair of wins last week over Nebraska at home, 60-49, and at No. 18 Michigan State, 53-46.

Here are some highlights from Nunn's week:
• Averaged 10.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in leading Illinois to a sweep over Nebraska and nationally ranked Michigan State

• Against the Huskers, chipped in 13 points, including a 3-of-4 effort from three-point range, grabbed three rebounds and handed out three assists

• Scored eight points, corralled six rebounds and dished out four assists in the road win at Michigan State

•Earns his second Freshman of the Week honor in as many weeks and second this season
