CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Tickets and t-shirts are still available for Illinois' "Operation Blue-Out" men's basketball game against Michigan State on January 31. All fans are encouraged to "wear blue to beat cancer" when the Illini and Spartans battle at Assembly Hall in an ESPN Super Tuesday matchup (6 p.m. CT).

Illini fans can purchase special Operation Blue-Out shirts at one of two Gameday Spirit Champaign locations (519 E. Green St. or 1615 W. Springfield). The shirts are $9.99, and a portion of the proceeds from sales will go to Coaches vs. Cancer. Shirts also are available online at the Official Illinois Online Store for $12.

"We will have another outstanding atmosphere for our next home game against Michigan State, and the Operation Blue-Out promotion will add a great deal of excitement to this important match-up," head coach Bruce Weber said. "We're looking forward to seeing the Assembly Hall covered in blue, and I'm pleased that we are able to partner with Coaches vs. Cancer for this game by selling shirts to help raise money in the fight against cancer."

Tickets for the Michigan State game on Jan. 31 and other home games are available online at www.fightingillini.com, by phone at 1-866-ILLINI-1 or in person at the Assembly Hall North Box Office.
