2003 - Appeared in 24 games and started eight, all at second base Won the starting second base job the last two weeks of the season Started seven of Illinois' last eight games Earned that starting role after hitting .250 (2-for-8) over a four-game series at Penn State Hit .235 in the Big Ten and 233 overall Returned to Decatur over the summer, playing for the CICL's Decatur Blues, earning League Player of the Week honors once over the summer.

2001 - Redshirt freshman started 13 games and appeared in 25 at second base and designated hitter Picked up first career hit (single) in season-opening series at Troy State Went 2-for-4 with one run scored vs. Notre Dame at Fresno State Classic Collected career highs in hits and RBI in going 3-for-5 with a triple and two RBI in game four against Purdue Was 5-for-7 in two games against the Boilers during the regular season Went 2-for-5 with two runs scored against Western Illinois.
