2008 - Freshman: Named a Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American as selected by Collegiate Baseball ... Started 48 games, all in left field, and played in 51 ... Named Big Ten Player of the Week on April 28 after hitting 11-for-15 (.733) in four games against Penn State with six RBIs, a four-hit game and a five-hit game ...
