AT ILLINOIS 2008 - Sophomore: Named to the All-Big Ten third team as a starting pitcher ... Named to the All-Big Ten Tournament team ... Had 13 appearances on the season with 11 starts, including eight in Big Ten play ... Won five of his last six starts ... Tossed his first career complete game against Ohio State to open the Big Ten Tournament, allowing four hits, two unearned runs, no walks and striking out four ... Had one of his best starts at Ohio State on May 9, allowing just one earned run in six innings before the game was suspended by rain and his start was cut short ...
