2007 Senior: Made 19 appearances on the season, third-most on the squad ... Tossed a scoreless inning against Sam Houston State before recording a save against Stephen F. Austin with two shutout innings of work ... Struck out three in two shutout innings against Dartmouth on 3/19 ... Earned a save with a scoreless inning against Robert Morris ... Worked scoreless innings against Greenville and Michigan (5/6) before getting the win against Indiana on 5/13 after tossing five scoreless innings of relief, allowing one hit and one walk with a strikeout.

2006 Junior: One of Illinois' most reliable relief arms, making a team-high 20 appearances ... Finished third on the team with a 5.28 ERA ... Had 10 scoreless outings, earning wins in two of them, at Minnesota (4/28) and Indiana (5/14) ... Started the season strong with 3 1/3 shutout innings against South Florida on 2/25, giving up just two hits ... Had one of his sharpest outings in earning the Friday win at Minnesota, throwing two perfect innings and striking out two ... Also was strong at Indiana, giving up just one hit in three innings of shutout relief to get the win ... Allowed just two runs from 4/2-5/17, a string of 12 appearances and 15 1/3 innings ...
