AT ILLINOIS
2011 - Sophomore: Played in 55 games, starting 54 at third base ... Posted a .311 average on the season, third-best on the team ... Recorded 18 multiple-hit games, the third-most on the team ... Posted a 10-game hitting streak from March 18 through April 6 ... Hit five home runs, tied for second-most on the team ... Posted a team-best on-base percentage of .415 ... Hit .365 with runners in scoring position, 4th-best among regulars ... Had a team-high 24 two-out RBIs & hit .382 with 2 outs, second among regular players ... Had a pair of two-homer games, at Bradley on April 6 and at Indiana on May 21 ... Had a team-high 19 RBIs with two outs ... Started his Illini career strong, hitting .419 (13-for-31) in Illinois' first eight games ... Went 3-for-5 with two RBIs in Illinois' 11-10 win at No. 12 Coastal Carolina on March 12 ...
