2012 - Freshman: Played in two games, going 2-for-3 (.667) with a double, an RBI and two runs ... Went 1-for-2 with a double and a run in his career debut vs. Mississippi Valley State on 3/30 ... Pinch-hit against Michigan State on 5/4, going 1-for-1 with an RBI and a run ... Played for the Springfield Sliders of the Prospect League along with Illini teammates Michael Hurwitz, David Kerian and Rob McDonnell during the summer.
