2003 - Threw one shutout inning against Eastern Kentucky, striking out one in an 9-3 Illini win on the Spring Trip Made starts against Western Michigan and MacMurray Returned to Alaska over the summer, pitching for the Peninsula Oilers of the Alaska League for the second straight year.
2002 - Allowed only one run on three hits in a seven inning complete game win over Penn State Struck out four in 4 2/3 innings to start out the second game of the doubleheader at Michigan State Picked up a win while pitching four shutout innings to secure an Illinois victory in the series finale against Northwestern Picked up his first victory of the season in game four against Michigan after throwing five innings, allowing two earned runs while striking out three to give Illinois a chance to stage a dramatic eighth inning comeback Pitched a shutout inning of relief against Dartmouth on the Spring Trip Started his first game of the year against Kent State at Louisville Played for the Kenai Peninsula Oilers of the Alaska League over the summer.
