    Made nine appearances, including starts against Illinois College and Blackburn • Season-long outing came against Blackburn - lasted 4 2/3 innings while allowing four runs (none earned) on four hits • Struck out four in three innings of work at Eastern Illinois • Got a win against Illinois College after starting and allowing only one run in three innings.

    2003 Redshirt Freshman: Career debut came April 9 against MacMurray College • Threw one inning and struck out a batter against the Highlanders • Pitched for the Bluff City Bombers of the CICL for the second straight summer, earning a spot on the League's All-Star team.

    2002 Freshman: Redshirt season • Played for the CICL's Bluff City Bombers over the summer and earned a spot on the CICL All-Star team.
