Senior Bowl Watch List

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Illinois seniors Christian DiLauro, Jaylen Dunlap and Malik Turner were named to the Reese's Senior Bowl watch list, the bowl announced Thursday.

The Senior Bowl is college football's premier senior showcase event, featuring some of the nation's best prospects in a game coached by two NFL staffs.  This year's game will be played Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. CT at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. NFL Network will carry the game live.

OL Christian DiLauro
Christian DiLauro has been a regular on Illinois' offensive line for the last three years, starting the last 31 straight games. The 6-5, 300-pound tackle earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural and consumer economics in December 2016.

CB Jaylen Dunlap
Jaylen Dunlap had a breakout season a year ago when he tallied 11 pass breakups, the 10th most ever in an Illini single season. He tied for the most PBUs in the nation over a two-game span when he knocked down seven passes from Oct. 29-Nov. 7. Dunlap earned a bachelor's degree in communication in December 2016.

WR Malik Turner
All-Big Ten performer Malik Turner led Illinois in receptions (48), receiving yards (712) and receiving touchdowns (6) in 2016. He has at least one reception in 27 of his last 28 games, including a career-high 11 catches and 164 yards in last year's finale against Northwestern.
