GROUP TAILGATE TENT ALCOHOL POLICY (Beer and Wine Only)
If your group plans on serving alcohol (beer and wine only), your group must select an approved caterer with an approved liquor license. These approved liquor servers have provided the University of Illinois with the necessary information regarding liquor license, liquor liability and trained bartenders. An individual group may not serve or bring its own alcohol to the event.

GROUP TAILGATE TENT FOOD POLICY
University of Illinois approved caterers have provided the necessary documentation as an approved food handler and server. If your group would like to prepare and serve food on your own, you must have prior approval from Patricia Kerst at the UI Division of Environmental Health and Safety. You can reach Pat by calling (217) 333-1106 at least two weeks in advance of your tailgate event date.
