A. Parking lots are open to patrons starting at 7:00 a.m. and remain open until 10:00 p.m. on game days. This excludes any night games that Illinois might have in which parking lots will close 1 hour after the completion of the game.
A. Overnight parking is not allowed in any of the football parking lots.
A. A limited number of ADA parking spaces are provided in Lots 34, 35, 38, and 39. An ADA Shuttle Lot will be available in the Yahoo parking lot of Research Park off of First Street. A shuttle bus service will be provided from this lot to the stadium prior to the game and after the game. The fee for ADA parking is $20 unless you have an I FUND parking pass, in which case it is free. A disabled license plate or handicap placard is required to park in these spaces. ADA parking is based on availability.
A. Memorial Stadium opens one and one-half hours prior to the scheduled kick-off time. Six portal entrances will be used on game day. For direct and efficient access to your seat, please enter the stadium through the portal nearest your seat location.
A. Due to limited space, strollers are not permitted in Memorial Stadium. Please be aware there are no storage facilities available at the stadium for strollers.
A. Umbrellas are not allowed into Memorial Stadium. Be sure to check out the Fan Guide for more information on prohibited items.
A. Game day ticket sales are located on the South side of Kirby Ave. half way between First and Fourth Streets. Ticket booths open at 9am for morning and afternoon games and 12 p.m. for evening and night games.
A. Recreational vehicles/motor homes may park in Lot 33 for $40.00. Be sure to check out the Parking Map for more information on game day parking.
A. Tickets purchased in advance of game day that are lost, stolen, or destroyed can be replaced at full face value plus a service fee of $5.00. Tickets purchased at the window or through a second party may not be replaced. Replacement tickets will have precedence over the original tickets. Replacement tickets can be obtained at the Athletic Ticket Office located on the west side of Assembly Hall.
A. Due to TV contracts, some game times will not be announced until 6-12 days before the game. Be sure to check www.fightingillini.com for updated schedules.
A. Yes, everyone entering Memorial Stadium regardless of age will need a ticket. Infants and toddlers ages two and under, are allowed to enter the stadium at a discounted ticket price. For $5, fans can purchase a lap ticket on the day of the game, but the infant or toddler must sit in the lap of an adult during the game. Lap tickets may not be purchased for use in the suites or club areas. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booths located on Kirby Avenue or at Will Call located at the Athletic Ticket Office on the west side of Assembly Hall. A game ticket must be presented in order to purchase a lap seat.
A. ADA accessible seats can be purchased in person at the Athletic Ticket Office or by calling 866-ILLINI-1 prior to the games. On game day patrons may visit the East or West Guest Service Center to check on the availabity of ADA accessible seats.
A. The Illini walk happens on Irwin Drive 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to kick off. This is your chance to welcome the team as they make their way to the stadium.
A. Should you need assistance while inside the stadium you will be able to contact event management staff by sending a text message to (217) 649-3334. Be sure to include the problem and the location of the incident. Please note that standard SMS rates apply.
A. Permanent concession stands located throughout the Great East and West Halls, the West Balcony, and the North Stands will accept credit cards.
