Complete Academic All-Big Ten honorees in PDF Format 
A total of 41 Illinois athletes from six winter sports have been named Academic All-Big Ten as released by the conference office. To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a career grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better.
Fighting Illini swimming and diving had the most student-athletes honored with 21, while there were also two Academic All-Big Ten honorees in men's basketball, one in women's basketball, four in wrestling, six in men's gymnastics and seven in women's gymnastics.
