PAYMENT AND MAKE-UP POLICY

PAYMENT FOR ALL ADULT AND JUNIOR CLINICS IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION. Clinic participants will not be allowed to reserve a space in the clinic without payment - NO EXCEPTIONS. We appreciate your cooperation.

Full refunds will be given if you cancel your registration PRIOR TO the first day of the session. REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF EACH SESSION WILL ONLY BE GIVEN UNDER EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES. Please contact Jim Tressler at (217) 244-8562 as soon as possible with any situation you feel warrants consideration. Waiting until after the session is over before contacting management may result in loss of refund consideration.

Credit will be given for one missed clinic per session. THAT CREDIT CAN BE USED TOWARDS REGISTRATION IN THE FOLLOWING SESSION ONLY.

ALL CLINIC PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR TENNIS SHOES WHILE ON COURT. Clinic participants who wear running shoes will not be allowed to participate.

A minimum of four players must be signed up for a clinic in order for it to commence.

*Session costs for clinics with conflict dates will be pro-rated at registration.*
