Are there registration deadlines for these camps? Housing Information (PDF's):Do I need to provide a roommate preference in advance? It is not necessary to contact the camps office in advance with a roommate preference. All roommate preferences are handled by the housing staff and honored at check-in. Advance notice is appreciated if 7-8 campers want to stay together. How many beds are in a room? Bromley Hall - Rooms are suites (2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom). There are typically 3 beds in each room. There are a couple of rooms that can accommodate 4 beds.
